Hillside Community Fall Festival

On October 18, 2025, the Hillside Community Center came alive with the joy and magic of fall as neighbors gathered for the annual Fall Festival Party. The entire property was transformed into a vibrant celebration, with fun and creativity flowing through the parking lot, main level, and gym. Children and families arrived in imaginative costumes, creating a colorful scene of superheroes, princesses, friendly monsters, and seasonal favorites. Everywhere you turned, neighbors were laughing, playing, and reconnecting.

Outside, food trucks offered a wide variety of delicious options for all ages, while yard games and activities encouraged families to mingle, explore, and enjoy the crisp fall air. Inside the center, each room featured its own theme with decorations, hands-on activities, music, and space to gather. The gym hosted more than 25 vendors, including Hey Neighbor, Blackpackers, Peak Vista, Thrive Network, and many others. Tables overflowed with candy, classic games, new surprises, and even a cotton candy machine that lit up children’s faces with delight.

The highlight of the day was the lineup of youth dance performances. Children of all ages took the floor to share cultural dances from around the world. The gym pulsed with energy as costumes, props, and lively music filled the space. Spectators clapped, cheered, and even joined in for the fun. It was a celebration not just of fall, but of community pride, creativity, and joy.

Neighbors left with full candy bags and full hearts. The Hillside Community Fall Festival Party was a reminder of what happens when we show up for one another. A simple gathering becomes a memory, a moment becomes connection, and a neighborhood becomes something we build together.
